3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify php36 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. php36 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
3.4 php36 complies with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, proof of address, and payment method verification before withdrawals are authorized.
4.1 All financial transactions on php36 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). php36 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and applicable processing limits.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.00. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted by php36 at any time with prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. php36 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending verification of identity, source of funds, or compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
4.4 php36 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a payment method registered in your verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.
4.5 php36 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, bank, etc.) may impose their own transaction fees. php36 bears no responsibility for such third-party charges.
5.1 php36 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, or other promotions to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the corresponding promotion terms.
5.3 php36 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to void bonus balances and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, fraud, or exploitation of a software error.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless expressly permitted by the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses in violation of this rule may result in cancellation of all associated bonuses.
6.1 Each game available on php36 is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
6.2 All game outcomes on php36 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems (for electronic games) or by live dealer actions (for live casino products). php36 does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or other technical error affecting game integrity, php36 reserves the right to declare the affected bets void. 8.1 All content on the php36 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, game assets, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of php36 or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php36 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of winnings, or loss of profit.
9.2 php36's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising out of a single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
9.3 php36 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect Platform availability from time to time.
10.1 php36 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the php36 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 php36 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR, AMLC, or law enforcement where required by law.
11.1 php36 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days), and self-exclusion, all accessible through your account settings.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account on the php36 Platform. Existing balances will be held securely and returned upon expiry of the exclusion period.

12.1 php36 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by law or PAGCOR directive.
12.2 Upon termination for breach, php36 may forfeit any bonus balances and, depending on the nature of the breach, any remaining real-money balance pending investigation. Legitimate balances will be returned net of any amounts owed to php36 following completion of any investigation.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting php36 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining at closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the php36 Platform shall first be submitted to php36 customer support for internal resolution. php36 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
13.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. You may also seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.
14.1 php36 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of any material change. php36 will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via Platform notification or email where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.
